Win at Home, operated by Jason Dekker, provides relationship coaching services including the Win at Home Skool community program, private one-on-one coaching, and the Wake Up Call diagnostic session. These services are coaching in nature and do not constitute therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
Win at Home is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or crisis service immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in our services. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. For monthly subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Win at Home Community Program: You are protected by our unconditional 30-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee. Not satisfied for any reason in your first 30 days? Contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Private Coaching: We offer a 7-day money back guarantee valid through your first coaching call. If after your first call you determine this program is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Wake Up Call: The $47 Wake Up Call fee is a commitment deposit. It is applied toward your first month if you join the program. It is fully refundable for showing up.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before your next billing date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period following the guarantee window.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Coaching outcomes depend significantly on client effort and commitment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jason Dekker and Win at Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or relationship outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jason Dekker, Win at Home, and their affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Win at Home regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
